TheChangeAgent was founded in 2010 as an organizational consulting and coaching company dedicated to providing cross-cultural consulting services to the European market place.

Approach
We adhere to a systemic approach, which seeks to take into account how changes made in one part of an organization affects the other parts. Just like in an eco-system, everything within an organization is connected. A change made in one area will affect all other areas somehow.
While we bring far-reaching expertise in organizational and cultural change issues, our basic approach is to support our clients in developing their own solutions to the extent their resources allow.
The benefits of this approach are:
- Organizational members of all levels are involved in defining the challenges and the solutions. The case for change is well-understood across the organization.
- Since the solutions are developed by managers and employees themselves, people gain insight both into their own issues, challenges and priorities, as well as those of their colleagues. This helps develop both cross-company and cross-cultural understanding. There is greater acceptance among employees towards the changes than with consultant-delivered solutions.
- When solutions are home-grown, there tends to be a closer connection between the concepts and applicability, as team members have a keen understanding of their environment. This helps pave the way towards successful implementation.
